Airwell Air Conditioner Error Codes

If the malfunction still exists 4 minutes after the device stops due to compressor protection, the error code will be directly displayed on the display of the indoor unit. In other cases, an error code may be displayed by pressing the LIGHT button 6 times in 4 seconds.

  1. Supply voltage intermittent
  2. Supply voltage too low and load too high

Communication failure

  1. Installation error
  2. Board problem of indoor or outdoor unit

EEPROM error (memory chip)

  3. indoor unit board problem

Sync failure

  1. Incorrect input voltage.
  2. Compressor installation error.
  3. Liquid and gas valve not open.
  4. Damaged EEV (Electronic Expansion Valve) or improper operation
  5. Poor heat transfer.
  6. Recharge system.

Air conditioner start failure

  1. compressor installation error
  2. Recharge system
  3. the system is not balanced before starting the compressor
